<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Chief Clinical Integration Officer<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_18481<BR>Providence is calling a Chief Clinical Integration Officer to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, WA.<BR>The Chief Clinical Integration Officer is responsible for translating a system-driven vision of clinical quality, exceptional patient experience, and cost/affordability into regional tactics.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* <BR>Have responsibility for the direction and performance of a clinically integrated delivery structure, capable of managing risk-based, fee-for-service and transitional payment dynamics that demonstrates value for patients, providers and payers.<BR>* <BR>Develop and provide oversight of clinical programs, best practices, disease management, pay for performance strategies and population health management strategies and tactics.<BR>* <BR>Actively participate in regional strategic planning and budgeting processes, conveying the needs of physicians, other clinicians and patients in context of regional finaicial dynamics, clinical staffing and systems resources and local political considerations.<BR>* <BR>Participate in the definition and evolution of information systems that track the effectiveness of clinical and patient safety outcomes.<BR>* <BR>Contribute to the organization''s key outcomes in the following ways:<BR>* <BR>* <BR>Promote an organizational culture that leads to ongoing excellence and effective growth of the business while maintaining the highest integrity.<BR>* <BR>Establish clear goals that align a unit''s efforts with the organization''s vision; ensure synergies between people, processes and strategies to drive flawless execution of business objectives.<BR>* <BR>Develop a long-range course of action or set of goals to ensure successful realization of the organization''s vision.<BR>* <BR>Build strategic alliances outside the organization to create business opportunities and execute business strategies.<BR>* <BR>Perform duties in a manner that reflects the Providence Mission, philosophy, Core Values and behavioral standards.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>8-10 years work experience in an integrated health system, innovative health plans, large group practice or a comparable background with significant project leadership experience in the creating and/or management of population based health models.<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.<BR>* <BR>Masters in Health Care Administration (MHA/MPH) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA)<BR>* <BR>Board certification from an accredited institution<BR>* <BR>Experience in Informatics/clinical/financial analytics, Health Plan, Managed Care<BR><BR>About the clinic you will serve.<BR>Providence Medical Group is a group of primary care, specialty care and hospital-based medical providers who serve<BR>eastern Washington in clinic locations.
