Bank of America Merchant Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V.<BR><BR>Summary<BR>Bank of America Merchant Services is looking for a contact center representative that will provide customer solutions to complex or escalated issues by providing seamless delivery of service, sales and/or fulfillment requests by answering calls, text messages or emails. This role requires knowledge of multiple products and ability to deepen or retain relationships through service and sales. The scope of the role includes solving problems, investigate/resolve a wide variety of issues and requests that include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations to fulfill the request. Provide account manager support for all aspects of the servicing related Level 1 and Level 2 calls. On occasion, make outbound calls as necessary to solve issues. May handle escalated issues, route, maintain and track outstanding servicing requests and provide thorough follow up.<BR>Position Requirements<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications:<BR>? 1 - 3 years of experience in customer contact center environment<BR>? Willing to work a flexible work schedule<BR>? High School diploma<BR>? Ability to simplify/explain the complex<BR>? Ability to comprehend detailed and wide ranging procedural information<BR>? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<BR>? Creates positive energy in the face of challenges, inspires others to follow his/her lead, focuses on and celebrates team accomplishments<BR>? Constructively handles disagreements or conflicts to reach a solution<BR>?
