<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Clinic Operations Supervisor - Anticoagulation<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_19514<BR>Providence is calling a Clinic Operations Supervisor to the Anticoagulation Clinic at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA.<BR><BR>The Clinic Operations Supervisor will supervise and oversee operational services on a daily basis for three clinic locations.<BR><BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Assist in providing human resource management, manage daily workflow (Operational), implement and train staff on process and procedure changes, facilitate support of Pharmacy Information Technology operations, meet department goals and objectives, and assist purchasing to ensure proper supply and storage of medications and supplies.<BR>* <BR>Facilitate staff orientation and training, engage staff in strategic planning and quality improvement, and participate in the evaluation of staff performance.<BR>* <BR><BR>Facilitate the implementation of operational goals, including development of staff participation in performance improvement activities, shared governance, and staff directed team activities and all other management goals.<BR>* <BR><BR>Serve as a representative on department committees / governance structure and will conduct select department committees, task forces and other team building activities as delegated by the Pharmacy Director.<BR>* <BR><BR>Demonstrate independent responsibilities/accountability for the coordination and supervision of the outpatient pharmacy ambulatory clinic and provide operational staff coverage when necessary or required.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requiredqualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or Health Administration<BR>* Four years experience of supervision or management of a medical group practice, or equivalency<BR>* <BR>Expert knowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable and scheduling software programs and Windows based software applications<BR>* <BR>Knowledge of medical billing and contracting sufficient to maintain financial viability of the clinic<BR>* <BR>Knowledge of electronic medical records adequate to ensure efficient operations<BR><BR>Preferredqualifications for this position include:<BR>* Masters Degree in Business Administration or Health Administration<BR>* Affiliation with a professional organization for medical group management<BR>* EPIC experience<BR><BR>About the hospital you will serve.<BR>Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center has a commanding presence in Spokane, Washington and is a beacon of hope and healing for patients throughout the region.
