Service as a clinical role model, educator, clinician, coach and consultant.<BR>? Coordinate and maintain a program to meet staff education requirements.<BR>? Provide consultation and serve as a role model, teacher and coach to increase expertise of staff.<BR>? Coordinate, implement and evaluate orientation, inservice and continuing education in specialty.<BR>? Participate in applicable performance improvement and research activities.<BR>? Assist in the development of patient/staff educational programs and materials.<BR>? Represent specialty area on appropriate committees and task forces.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>? Current license to practice respiratory therapy in Washington State required.<BR>? Bachelors Degree in specialty, education, or allied health field preferred.<BR>? Minimum of three years experience in clinical specialty required.<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>? Experience in staff development or teaching preferred.<BR>? Current American Heart Association instructor credentials preferred (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.)<BR>?
