               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Clinical Pastoral Education Manager<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_19734<BR>Providence is calling a Clinical Pastoral Education Manager to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children?s Hospital in Spokane, WA.<BR><BR>We are seeking an ordained or lay minister of spiritual integrity to establish and administer the CPE program as a satellite center of our Providence, Portland program.<BR><BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* collaborate with the Providence, Portland CPE Manager, and the Manager of Spiritual Care for the PHC Urban Hospitals to design and implement the CPE program at PSHMC.<BR>* be responsible for administering the CPE program and for supervision of CPE students who will be offering spiritual care to PSHMC patients, families and personnel.<BR>* collect and maintain data and other information necessary for program administration and certification.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requiredqualifications for this position include:<BR>* Master?s of Divinity or equivalency<BR>* Certification as a Supervisor or Associate Supervisor in the ACPE or the USCCB<BR>* Current membership or eligibility in one of the professional chaplain organizations (i.e. APC, NACC, etc)<BR>* <BR>Endorsement for chaplaincy by his/her denomination/faith/tradition.<BR><BR>Preferredqualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>Experience in establishing new CPE program preferred<BR>* <BR><BR>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>* <BR><BR>Computer experience: word processing required, database preferred<BR>* <BR><BR>Appreciation and understanding of Catholic institutional ministries<BR><BR><BR>About the hospital you will serve.<BR>Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center has a commanding presence in Spokane, Washington and is a beacon of hope and healing for patients throughout the region.
