Applicant must read "How to Apply" section for full Referral Instructions. <BR><BR>A North Spokane not-for-profit organization serving individuals with disabilities is seeking a Community Living Services Support Staff person to care for adults with developmental disabilities at the residents home (site) and assist in providing self-care training to residents, under the direct supervision of the CLS House Supervisor.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- High school diploma/ (GED) required.<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>- Empathy for those with disabilities or disadvantages required.  <BR>- Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, have valid drivers license, maintain vehicle insurance and be insurable by employer vehicle insurance carrier. <BR>- Must be available to work weekends as assigned<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>Six months experience and/or training in social work, health services or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.  NAR preferred.<BR>Must be 21 years or older with good driving record to be insurable.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>On-call positions; various shifts; days and hours may vary; must be available to work weekends as assigned<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>$9.75/hr + benefits for full- & half-time positions.
