Ensures bank efficiency and effectiveness by deploying strategies to reduce future cost structure and improving process performance. Partners with business leaders, senior management, and executive management to identify and scope out improvement opportunities. Mentors and trains CI Leaders to ensure continuous improvement efforts are aligned to business objectives and achieving results. Leads projects of complex scope which support business improvement and impact organizational-wide targets for cost and quality improvement.<BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR>? Oversee CI Leaders in their duties to identify improvement needs, priorities, and facilitation of process improvement.<BR>? Responsible for providing effective communication with business leaders throughout Sterling while promoting continuous improvement opportunities and change initiatives. Responsible for promoting a healthy continuous improvement culture<BR>? Lead and administer multiple Kaizen and change acceleration events for administration and production departments.<BR>? Identify and deploy continuous improvement tools (A3, 5S, process mapping, C/E, FMEA, experimenting, control planning, mistake proofing, 3P, QFD, Standard Work, Benchmarking, etc.) to accelerate improvement results.<BR>? Plan and complete specific projects that increase bank productivity (target of $2M+ in benefits per year).<BR>? Drive improvement opportunities and communicate with key leaders to achieve understanding of the importance of measuring performance and leveraging change management.<BR>? Responsible for creating specific short term and visionary, long term improvement plans for selected business departments.<BR>? Design change initiatives, provide leadership, encourage risk taking and willingness to make changes at all levels. Develop the future Continuous Improvement Leaders and a succession plan.<BR><BR>Education:<BR>Bachelor''s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related area required.<BR>Master?s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration preferred.<BR><BR>Lean Expert or Six Sigma Black Belt required.<BR>Lean Master or Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred.<BR><BR>Skills and Knowledge:<BR>More than 8 years of related experience required.<BR>5 - 8 years of experience managing continuous improvement leaders or process/production leaders required.<BR><BR>? Demonstrate the ability to proactively communicate issues and resolution across various levels of the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Advanced interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with managers and executive officers.<BR>? Extensive business process management knowledge and experience.
