               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Brownstone Work Release/Eleanor Chase House is looking for an On-Call Cook to join their team!<BR><BR>Brownstone Work Release and Eleanor Chase House are looking for an on-call Cook for their kitchens. Brownstone Work Release is an 80-bed community based residential re-entry program for male State offenders. Eleanor Chase house is A 55-bed community based residential re-entry program for female State and Spokane County offenders.<BR><BR>Pioneer Human Services (PHS) is a nationally recognized statewide non-profit organization with over 50 locations providing an integrated array of services to include employment and training, chemical dependency treatment, mental health counseling and corrections service.<BR><BR>Duties include the following:<BR><BR>Maintain the kitchen and food storage areas in accordance with all health and safety regulations.<BR><BR>Store and serve food at the proper temperature.<BR><BR>Maintain sanitary personal hygiene while working.<BR><BR>Prepare meals in accordance with posted menu and serve food in portions stated on the menu.<BR><BR>Lift food trays into the warmer.<BR><BR>Wash and sanitize dishes and pans as needed. Leave kitchen in a clean and orderly state. This includes cleaning the grill, wiping down all surfaces, storing food away, cleaning sinks, sweeping and mopping.<BR><BR>List items that are needed and give list to staff for ordering.<BR><BR>Make late plates for residents working late.<BR><BR>Fill juice, coffee machines, napkin dispenser and assure that there are plenty of utensils and condiments set out.<BR><BR>Assure no unauthorized person enters the food preparation area.<BR><BR>Perform other duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Additional information<BR><BR>All jobs are posted for a minimum of 7 days or until filled.<BR><BR>Application Process<BR><BR>Pioneer Human Services is an equal opportunity employer.
