               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">POSITIVE CHANGES HYPNOSIS CENTERS, an employee owned company, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Manager to oversee our hypnotist staff in the Pacific Northwest Region (Spokane, Seattle, Portland and Boise). <BR><BR>We seek a candidate with proven people management skills.<BR><BR>We provide all specific training so you can manage our hypnotists’ standards and best practices.  <BR><BR>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:<BR>   - have at least 5 years experience managing people<BR>   - be highly proficient in all MS Office applications<BR>   - utilize a variety of computer hardware with a mindset for technology<BR>   - demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills<BR>   - effectively  work with other managers to achieve Corporate goals<BR>   - possess a patient, calming demeanor<BR>   - dress professionally<BR>   - be a non-smoker<BR><BR>RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:<BR>   - managing and monitoring the performance of our Hypnotist staff in our 4 Centers<BR>   - ensuring our Hypnotists deliver the highest quality service at all times<BR>   - screening all potential Hypnotist candidates and making hiring recommendations<BR>   - maintaining and improving our existing training materials          <BR>   - overseeing the existing Hypnotist internship program <BR>   - training our Hypnotists to use computer audio recording equipment and software<BR>   - participating as a member of the Client Care team.  <BR><BR>A college degree is preferred. <BR><BR>Some company paid travel is required to our Pacific Northwest Centers.  <BR><BR>We are a nationwide leader in helping people bring about lasting lifestyle changes.
