Independently prepares summary credit analysis packages for small business loans up to $250,000. Assesses risk ratings and assists credit risk managers (&ldquo;CRM&rdquo;s) in prompt turnaround of credit decisions.<BR>NATURE AND SCOPE:The primary goal of this position is to provide critical credit review and analysis of all types of small business loans. The secondary goals of this position are to manage workflow of the pipeline of loans and provide critical support to Credit Administration to maintain high credit standards to meet the loan quality goals of the bank.<BR>SCOPE:    <BR>* Develops summary financial and credit information for use by CRMs to make lending decisions.<BR>* Interprets electronic scoring output. Articulates and justifies qualified overrides.<BR>* Identifies information gaps and works with field branch managers to obtain needed information.<BR>* Performs other duties, as assigned.<BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.<BR>1.  Financial spreads and credit request presentation.<BR>* Performs financial analysis of borrowers and guarantors for small business loans up to $250,000. <BR>* Understands and interprets individual sources and analysis of personal cash flow.<BR>* Analyzes business financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and tax returns.<BR>* Demonstrates mastery of BBC, Excel, CAD or other analyst software associated with in-depth business analysis.<BR>* Completes credit underwriting of new and existing clients for presentation to credit risk managers.<BR>2.  Performs oversight to ensure file completeness and conditions are met on approved credit requests. <BR>* Properly documents and processes loans in a timely and accurate manner according to loan type.<BR>* Ensures that financial information is complete and signed per loan policy requirements and follows up with branch managers for missing or incomplete information.<BR>* Evaluates financial statements and loan proposals for risk rating assessment. <BR>Requires Bachelor''s Degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics degree preferred) or equivalent experience and three years experience in financial analysis and loan documentation, preferably in a small business environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<BR>Click Here to Complete Your Application                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                </font></td>
