The position will be responsible for and overseeing the customer service and account management for the department in a new, hands-on role in a dynamic start-up environment developing new customer service processes and work with customers on routine and escalated cases on a daily basis and conducting quality assurance assessments<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. <BR>- Must have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in customer service, sales, or education. <BR>- Must have intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft office Suite and a CRM Systems Management s/w tool. <BR>- Must have previous people management and project management experience. <BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>Must have demonstrated strong customer service skills, have the ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and correspondence, have the ability to speak effectively, able to solve practical problems, and able to multi-task. <BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Prefers a bachelors degree in Education or a related field. <BR>- Prefers experience using Microsofts Dynamics CRM tool. <BR>- Previous process development experience.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Monday thru Friday, to be discussed further during the interview. Note employer is on a bus line. <BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>The starting salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
