<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Summary:<BR><BR>Primary duties consist of working with Area Sales Managers to sell products and services and generate proposals. Additional duties include answering customers’ questions regarding product, service, discontinued products and product enhancements.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>• Work closely with Area Managers to sell products and services.<BR>• Interview customer to obtain information regarding order.<BR>• Answer customers’ questions regarding product, service, equipment operation and equipment maintenance.<BR>• Provide customer with information regarding change in service, discontinued product or product enhancements.<BR>• Coordinate customers' needs with other Wagstaff departments.<BR>• Investigate and rectify errors in supply or service; refer complaints of service or product failure to appropriate department for investigation.<BR>• Generate proposals, provide information regarding pricing and lead time.<BR>• Receive and process orders and manage them through our internal processes (contract review and order tracking).<BR>• Work closely with Applications Engineers to develop proposals.<BR>• Visit customer sites to become acquainted with customer and customer processes.<BR>• Ensure interactions with the customer are of the highest quality and value.<BR>• Abide by company policies.<BR>• Implement company vision statement, mission statement, and corporate and departmental goals and objectives.<BR>• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>• High School Diploma or GED required<BR>• Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, engineering technology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience<BR>• Industrial sales experience<BR>• Demonstrated ability to listen to, understand and respond to customer requests; bilingual preferred but not required<BR>• Order management experience<BR>• Excellent information management and multi-tasking skills<BR>• Proficient in the use of applicable business software<BR>• Detail oriented, accurate, and thorough<BR><BR>To view language, math, and reasoning skills visit the full posting on the website link.<BR><BR>Physical Demands <BR><BR>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
