               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LETTER OF INTEREST, RESUME AND COMPLETED STA APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED.  WILL NOT ACCEPT RESUMES ONLY. <BR><BR>This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of application databases and the software operating environment used to support all major database applications at STA.  Position requires a complete working knowledge of Microsoft development tools to include; Visual Basic .net or C#; SQL database and a working knowledge of the architecture of relational databases, how to install and maintain SQL Server 2005 and newer, performance optimization, maintain security and extract data for reports.  Knowledge of Linux, XML, and network protocols are a plus. Because we support applications on a 24X7 basis, a commitment and ability to work occasional off-hours is a necessity.  Work requires considerable independent judgment within the assigned work area and involves working cooperatively with users at all levels within STA, vendors, consultants and users outside STA.</font></td>
