This is an on call position.<BR><BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Prepare food for patients, staff, and guests in a skilled care facility.<BR>* Screen patients to create a clinical assessments and arrange for patient follow-up.<BR>* Manage equipment and supplies, maintatining vendor relationships.<BR>* Clerical and administrative duties.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field or graduation from a two (2) year program for dietetic technicians.<BR>* Certified as a Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR).<BR>* Current Washington State Food and Beverage Handler''s Permit <BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Registration with the American Dietetic Association.<BR>* Previous work experience with poplulation of ages to be served (geriatric primarily) as a clinical dietetic technician preferred.<BR><BR>About the skilled nursing facility you will serve.<BR>Providence St. Joseph Care Center in Spokane, Washington is located on the campus of Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children''s Hospital. Our Transitional Care Unit is designed for patients coming out of the hospital who need skilled nursing care, end of life care, or rehabilitation for those recovering from surgery or who have a functional loss from illness, disease, or an accident.
