               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Provide leadership and management support to the Dean of the Law School and the Associate Vice President of Development, responsible for planning and executing the programs, which develop and support the School of Law’s annual giving, major gifts, planned gifts, and capital campaign programs.<BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR>• In coordination and consultation with the Dean of the Law School and the Associate Vice President of Development, identifies prospects for cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of high-end major gifts, annual giving and planned gifts to help support scholarships, faculty programs, endowment, capital projects and equipment gifts, in support of the Law School’s strategic plan.<BR><BR>• With the Dean of the Law School and the Associate Vice President of Development, prepares detailed annual plan for all areas of major gifts, annual giving and planned gifts and law firms/corporate gifts; including goals, timelines, budgets, development and movement of prospect strategies, programmatic management incorporating institutional messaging, and in collaboration with UR staff, events, activities etc.<BR><BR>• Manages and supervises the fund-raising and alumni activities of the Major Gifts Officer and Annual Giving Officer.<BR><BR>• In coordination with the Director of Development Research and Information Services, maintains a viable prospect base to support the needs of the Law School, utilizing institutional systems for prospect management.<BR><BR>• In coordination with Development Research and Information Service Department, utilizes research to identify high-end major, annual, and planned gift prospects.<BR><BR>• Makes (10-15) personal visits per month with prospect donors to identify interests, cultivate and solicit major, annual and planned gifts in support of the University. This will also include law firms/corporate focus as appropriate.<BR><BR>• Personally manages one-hundred (100) donor prospects.<BR><BR>• Attend all prospect/project/strategy review sessions. Researches and keeps current on all major Law School projects. Prepares status reports as necessary. Attends University and law school events as required to need the needs for cultivation and stewardship prospective donors.<BR><BR>• Responsible for writing, editing, and updating campaign solicitation mailings, informational mailings, invitations, Dean acknowledgements, and follow-up correspondence in support of assigned programs.<BR><BR>• Provides concept/design development and production schedule for the Lawyer magazine.<BR><BR>• Develops case statement and other materials in support of the capital and endowment campaign programs.<BR><BR>• Act ass support/information liaison with all volunteer boards (Board of Advisors, Alumni Association, etc.) and individuals that work in support of alumni activities, capital projects and endowment programs for the Law School.<BR><BR>• Performs other duties as assigned in support of Gonzaga University’s mission.<BR><BR>FOR A FULL POSITION DESCRIPTION AND TO APPLY: please visit our website at www.gonzaga.peopleadmin.com and apply on-line.
