<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Director of Mission Integration<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_18697<BR><BR>Providence is calling a Director of Mission Integration to Providence Health & Services in Spokane, Washington.<BR>The Director of Mission Integration is responsible for providing strategic consultation, mission expertise and guidance tothe PMG leadership team in areas of formation, Catholic identity, care for the poor and vulnerable, values based decisionmaking and spiritual dimensions of care delivery to ensure organizational and operational fidelity to mission, core values<BR>and vision.<BR><BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* <BR>Proactively inform clinic leadership of all operational issues as they arise and provide plans for resolution andproposals for improvement.<BR>* <BR>Provide strategic counsel to Chief Executive for PMG and associated key leadership teams as requested. Areasof consultation include ministry leadership formation, Catholic identity, care for the poor and vulnerable, values baseddecision making/ethical discernment, and spiritual dimensions of ministry.<BR>* <BR>Work collaboratively with PHC Mission Team and Spiritual Leadership Delivery Systems to ensure mission and valuesintegration in these key region-wide clinical areas with region-wide initiatives and objectives.<BR>* <BR>Work collaboratively with PHC VP Mission Services and PMG leadership team in planning and development forprovision of spiritual care services in non-acute care clinical settings.<BR>* <BR>Provide ministry leadership formation support for PMG physicians and staff, in collaboration with Chief ExecutivePMG including one-on-one consultation, Mission and Values orientation for new employees, introduction of theologicalreflection, professional development goals, and individual support of on-going formation programs.<BR>* <BR>Develop region-wide resources and tools to promote physician leadership development, on-boarding and assimilation, including development of standardized new physician orientation resources and tools.<BR>* <BR>Serve as mission and spiritual care liaison to Human Resources in ensuring mission and spiritual care is integratedinto leadership and ministry formation programs, specific to talent review, executive development planning and physicianorientation/on-boarding as requested.<BR>* <BR>Implement the Mission Integration Review under the direction of PHC VP Mission Services.<BR>* <BR>Accept and actively support and incorporate the Mission and Core Values into daily activities.<BR>* <BR>Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including patients/families/members, employees, managers, medical staff, volunteers and community members, so that productivity and positiverelations are maximized.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>Masters level degree in Theology, Divinity, Pastoral Ministry, Spirituality or a health care related discipline.<BR>* <BR><BR>5 years experience as a leader in health care setting working with operational administrative leader </font></td>
