               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Required – 5+ years of ticketing software administration, training or implementation experience.<BR><BR>Required – Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field(s), or enrollment in an accredited advanced degree program, or equivalent documented work experience in a relevant field/position.<BR><BR>Required – Minimum 5 years of ticketing experience in a high-volume box office or distributor environment with documented progressive responsibilities.  Extensive experience with the Paciolan system strongly preferred.<BR><BR>Required – Extensive travel (50%+).<BR><BR>Ability to teach people of varying degrees of technical skill, ticketing experience, and disparate styles of learning.<BR><BR>Ability to configure functions within all products across the Paciolan product suite.<BR><BR>Strong systems design skills with the ability to develop clear and concise functional and technical specifications.<BR><BR>Ability to resolve complex application problems.<BR><BR>Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively work with clients, the public and coworkers; experience working with and coordinating cross-functional teams.<BR><BR>Ability to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with clients, the public and coworkers.<BR><BR>Must be adaptable and be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Able to work with multiple projects and balance multiple priorities and deadlines.<BR><BR>Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<BR><BR>The role of the Director of Technology and Project Management is to work with new and existing clients to install, configure, implement and train the Paciolan suite of products and the technologies that support them.<BR><BR>Works with clients to develop and implement best practices for their markets. The Director of Technology and Project Management will create and manage client relationships throughout the consulting and implementation process(es) and ensure that clients are knowledgeable in all Paciolan software functionality and TicketsWest’s high standards and practices.<BR><BR>Works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to successfully retain clients and will leverage other departments and personnel when necessary to ensure  client success.<BR><BR>Responsible for creating and implementing maintenance training programs for internal TicketsWest Operational staff as well as external clients.<BR><BR>Develops technical specifications required for conversion from, and integration with, existing architectures (accounting systems, direct marketing systems, fund raising systems) and manages these conversion process(es).<BR><BR> AA/EEO</font></td>
