Leverages abstracted spoke-n-hub data normalization practices/models to deliver healthcare data interfaces.<BR><BR><BR>Complexity and Supervision<BR>Works under general direction, on complex technical problems involving multiple internal and external IT staff. <BR><BR>Technology/Equipment Used<BR>Phone, fax, copier, printers, projectors PC/laptop, mobile devices, mouse, keyboard, monitor MS Office, internet, email Outlook, EASI tools, ETL, SOA, software development tools, HL7, healthcare IT applications and technologies.<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications<BR>Education: BS Computer Science, engineering, management information systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and training.<BR><BR>Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the following areas: EAI tools and methodologies, ETL, SOA, software development. (Will consider less specific experience with evidence of a strong self-learner aptitude and strong development background.)<BR><BR>Technical competencies:<BR>?    Strong EAI architecture and integration background with message broker, data transformation and middleware experience.<BR>?    Hands-on familiarity working with a RDBMS, such as MS SQL-Server.<BR>?    Hands-on experience coding in Java or C#.<BR>?    Can design a database schema in first and second normal form.<BR>?    Architecture Frameworks<BR>?       B2B Spoke-n-hub normalized architectures<BR>?       B2B brokerage protocols and models<BR>?       Ability to leverage and define a normalized database schema<BR>?       NHIN Connect<BR>?       Public/Private key encryption frameworks<BR>?       Familiarity with web services and SOAP<BR>?    Data exchange protocols, with the following preferred<BR>?       HL7 2.x 3.x and others as evolved<BR>?       Flat file delimited and subdelimited file structures<BR>?       FTP, FTPs, sFTP protocol<BR>?    Scripting languages<BR>?       PL/SQL, SQL SPROCs<BR>?    Brokerage architectures, with the following ones preferred:<BR>?       Orion Rhapsody<BR>?       Cloverleaf<BR>?       MS BizTalk<BR>?    Lifecycle Management<BR>?       Strong comprehension of the systems development life cycle and source code control<BR><BR>?    Good judgment with respect to the need for senior visibility of issues.<BR>?    Self learner. Spends minimum 15 hours per month keeping abreast of EAI and health care data integration developments and increasing own competency.<BR>?    Ability to apply and maintain technical standards, follow project plans.
