Applicant must read ``How to Apply`` section for full Referral Instructions.  Spokane County residents should follow instructions to schedule an appointment.  Also please dress interview appropriate when requesting a referral.<BR><BR>A local manufacturer of automated pharmaceutical drug discovery equipment is recruiting for a full-time Electrical Design Controls Engineer.  Will be responsible for the design, documentation, testing and debugging of systems the companys product lines and for in-house production equipment.  Work may include board level design of custom controllers and industrial control panel design and may include s/w design and implementation<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have an bachelors degree in electrical engineering, controls systems engineering, or mechanical or equivalent.  <BR>- Must have three (3) or more years experience in the following: design of automated systems using robotics, servos, stepper or variable speed drives, integration and programming of robot, PLC, servo, or PC-based controllers, and design requirements for UL and CE certification.<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>Must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with customers, and able to work independently with minimal guidance<BR>    <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Application experience in the following areas is desired:  robotics, motion control with servo or stepper systems, machine vision, field bus architectures, PC control, controller or PC software design.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Fulltime, Monday thru Friday, schedule to be discussed at interview.  <BR> <BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Salary depending on experience and qualifications.  Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K and  stock option plan.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>The recruitment period will remain active until filled, expired, at the direction of the employer or until the number of referrals have been met. <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Targeted Electronic Resume and cover letter accurately reflecting Job Description and Requirements is required at the time of referral request.
