Services provided are determined according to individualized employment plans, service plans and/or referral agency directives. Support students in developing and maintaining realistic employment goals and objectives.<BR><BR>CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>•Provide a wide variety of vocational and educational services and develop and maintain realistic employment goals and objectives for individuals who have significant disabilities and/or obstacles to employment determined from an Individualized Employment Plan, Service Plan and/or referral agency directives. *<BR>•Develop individual community based competitive paid positions or community access activities for students maintaining effective communication with students, employers, caseworkers, family, staff and other supporters. Make recommendations, educate students in developing appropriate social and interpersonal skills, and provide 1:1 job training and support. *<BR>•Develop community based assessment sites, review referral packets, assessment, work history, education other relevant information. *<BR>•Maintain student documentation and complete required reports, documents and service billings. *<BR>•Transport students, using personal and/or CCS vehicles to interviews, employment sites and other community events and meetings. *<BR>•Provide Independent Living Services as authorized in the Authorization for Purchase plan. *<BR>•Represent PACE Services at resource fairs and community events. *<BR>•Model professional decorum and mutual respect in all personal interactions. *<BR>•Support and advance the CCS strategic plan, and perform other duties as assigned. *<BR>•Assist other employment specialists/instructors as needed.<BR> *Essential duty</font></td>
