Applicant must read ``How to Apply`` section for full Referral Instructions.  Spokane County residents should follow instructions to schedule an appointment.  Also please dress interview appropriate when requesting a referral.<BR><BR>A local, licensed, home health care provider is seeking a Field Supervisor to perform case management, general office administrative duties, staffing and scheduling in-home client visits, and initial phone assessments.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have a HS Degree or GED.<BR>- Must be 21 years of age or older due to supervisory requirements of position and working with vulnerable clients.<BR>- Able to plan and supervise home care contracted clients.<BR>- Must be able to troubleshoot issues that arise and offer solutions.<BR>- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.<BR>- Must be able to type a minimum of 60 wpm.<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>- Must be able to demonstrate organization skills and a great ability to multi-task.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Previous home care (NAR, CAN) experience a plus.<BR>- Comfortable with clients: disabled (physically/or developmentally) elderly and ability to accept all races, creeds, socio economic levels, etc.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>This position is typically 35 hours per week with the possibility of turning full-time with benefits in the future.
