               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This position embodies the WTB culture by focusing on the customer experience in generating, retaining and expanding customer relationships using appropriate sales and customer service strategies. <BR><BR>The position objectives will be achieved by creating target sales strategies identifying sales opportunities for current and prospective individual and small business customers and achieving sales goals, taking part in joint sales calls with business partners and participating in networking groups / community organizations to promote business development. <BR><BR>Provides professional financial advice, guidance and solutions to customer inquiries and problems along with proficiency in the regulatory issues as they apply to this position. Accurately and efficiently opens all branch related products for customers and may act as relationship manager for existing customer relationships assigned to the branch. <BR> <BR>Requirements <BR>•Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. <BR>•Demonstrated ability to consistently sell appropriate products and services outside the branch environment <BR>•Related retail or sales experience. <BR>•Strong customer service skills.<BR>•Strong ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks with accurate attention to detail. <BR>•Strong problem solving and decision making skills. <BR>•Proficient with computer applications and financial calculations. <BR>•Required to maintain the security and confidentiality of Bank and customer information. <BR>•Completion of appropriate training. <BR>•Will be required to have or obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator registration number through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).</font></td>
