Based at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. Duties may include but are not limited to Cashier for each meal to maintain a flow rate of guests to correspond with serving line flow rates. Reconcile cash drawers with Point of Sales (POS) reports. Maintain Customer Comments. Responsible for preparation and distribution of food items to customers, including set up and tear down of serving line. General housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including restrooms. Replenish supplies, bus tables and some dishwashing. Provide prompt and courteous service to patrons JOB REQUIREMENTS: - 6 months food service experience preferred. - High School diploma or GED required Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral: - Current food handlerA?s card or ability to obtain one. - Empathy for those with disabilities or disadvantages is required. - Must be able to pass both employer and FAFB background checks and pre-employment drug test. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference given to those with documented disabilities. Experience handling money and cash registers preferred. HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: Part-time and On-Call; variable split shifts; days vary Sunday-Saturday. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and midnight meals. SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: $10.64/hr + $3.71/hr fringe benefit. Benefits not offered with this position.
