We have an experienced work crew that likes to work hard and have fun. The Operator will use an excavator to load soil into a hopper/conveyor system. We harvest spent shotgun lead from gun clubs and operate in all weather conditions. Our company travels to gun clubs in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana, so there is an opportunity for future travel and work beyond Spokane. We provide rain gear. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR>- Must have at least one (1) year experience operating an excavator or similar<BR>- High school graduate<BR>- Able to lift 50-100 lbs. occasionally<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>- Demonstrated Skill in backfilling trenches and digging <BR>- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (to get to and from work, and drive company vehicle, if necessary)<BR>- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions<BR>- Able to speak, read and write English to communicate with co-workers and read labels and instructions, etc.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  </b>  <BR>- This employee must be able to take instruction and be willing to learn and help out on the job site where needed<BR>- The ability to effectively communicate with others and be flexible are important<BR>- It would be helpful to possess some basic mechanical skills and understanding<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
