               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>This is a fun temporary outdoor job. We have an experienced work crew that likes to work hard and have fun. The Site Cleanup Assistant has various job site tasks including operating a pressure washer station, re-fueling small engine fuel tanks, assisting with miscellaneous job site tasks and working with a great group of dedicated workers. The work will take place 5 days per week for 8 hours per day.  We harvest spent shotgun lead from gun clubs and operate in all weather conditions. We provide rain gear. Operations take place on days the facility is not in use. Our company travels to gun clubs in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana, so there is an opportunity for future travel and work beyond Spokane. A vehicle is necessary to get to and from work. Mechanical skills helpful.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b>  <BR><li> High school graduate</li><BR><li> Able to lift 50-100 lbs. occasionally</li><BR><li> Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (to get to and from work, and drive company vehicle, if necessary)</li><BR><li> Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><BR><li> Able to speak, read and write English to communicate with co-workers and read labels and instructions, etc.</li><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  </b>  <BR><li> This employee must be able to take instruction and be willing to learn and help out on the job site where needed</li><BR><li> The ability to effectively communicate with others and be flexible are important</li><BR><li> It would be helpful to possess some basic mechanical skills and understanding</li><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
