Potential team-member must be self-motivating and punctual with a broad range of skills to include; maintenance; snow-removal; and all facets of turning apartments. Schedule will include weekends.<BR><BR>Applicant will be eligible for a benefits package including fully paid medical/dental after a 90 day orientation period. Applicant must have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task; follow instruction and have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to get along with diverse personalities. $11.00/hour. Apartment maintenance experience with Fair Housing knowledge a big plus. Please have a clean background, driving record and excellent verifiable employment references.
