The candidate must reside in one of the following states: ID, WA, UT, OR.</i></b><BR><BR><b>Bring your systems expertise to this role where you will:</b><BR><BR>    * Be responsible for sustainment of existing care management system<BR>    * Assist in creation of configuration, including design, build and test for Behavioral Health, Health Coaching, Case Management, Disease Management, Utilization Management modules of the existing care management system<BR>    * Analyze health care services business processes against the care management system, identify gaps, document configuration specifications and assist with configuration of system<BR>    * Monitor data feeds for load status and error resolution<BR>    * Define configuration project activities and durations<BR>    * Attend meetings with team members and with the software vendor<BR>    * Schedule, organize and prioritize work to ensure timely completion of all work simultaneously assigned or in progress<BR>    * Complete necessary documentation in a timely and efficient manner<BR>    * Work both in a team environment and independently<BR><BR><BR><b>Key qualifications and experience:<BR>HCS Systems Analyst</b><BR><BR>    * 3+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst or equivalent experience<BR>    * 3+ years' experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design or configuration and/or acceptance testing is required<BR>    * Experience with a business area that is supported by this position i.e. Healthcare Service<BR>    * Experience in health insurance or general health industry is preferred<BR>    * Demonstrated project management skills in effectively managing multiple projects, clients, and deadlines<BR>    * Demonstrated excellence in analytic and quantitative skills<BR>    * A College degree is desired in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields; College degree may be substituted by sufficient years of experience in the health care industry<BR>    * Master's degree in health or business related field preferred<BR><BR><BR><b>In addition, Candidates must be able to:</b><BR><BR>    * Lead and coordinate, and at times, direct activities of others both individually and within a project team setting are required<BR>    * Organize, plan, prioritize and develop multiple projects within time constraints<BR>    * Negotiate and resolve complex and sensitive project and team issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness<BR>    * Use MS Office products, Visio and MS Project and other corporate software as required<BR>    * Effectively communicate with a broad section of internal and external system users and technical staff<BR><BR><BR><b>Senior HCS Systems Analyst<BR><i>Same as above plus:</i></b><BR><BR>    * Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in health care administration, project management, or equivalent combination of experience and education are required<BR><BR><BR><b>This position requires strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, good communication, tolerance for ambiguity and demonstrated analytical skills.</b><BR><BR>Regence employees are part of the larger Cambia family of companies, which seeks to drive innovative health solutions.
