               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Help Desk Technician position provides excellent Customer Service and manages support issues through resolution for end users. <BR><BR>Position Duties<BR><BR>Prompt response to user requests for assistance<BR>Consistently high first-call resolution of problems<BR>Call tracking and reporting to verify that problems are followed through to completion<BR>Assists in communicating late work to the customer<BR>Identifies repeat customers, repeat technology breakdowns and brings to management attention.<BR>End-to-end problem ownership<BR>Management alert notifications<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications <BR>2-4 years experience with Microsoft Windows and PC desktop support.   <BR>2 year degree (or equivalent), A+, Network+ and MCP in current Microsoft Desktop platform (XP or Vista) required..  <BR>Excellent customer service, great communication, a high level of professionalism and teamwork are expected.  <BR>Ability to manage inter/intra-organizational relationships, follow procedures and attention to detail are key.  <BR>An in depth knowledge of commonly used distributed systems services (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc..)  is required.  <BR>One year of technical Help Desk or computer support experience. <BR><BR>This is a 3 month contract <BR></font></td>
