               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Helpdesk Lead - Deaconess Hospital<BR>Location: WA-Spokane<BR><BR>The Helpdesk Team Lead reports directly to the Desktop Services Manager. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance for Helpdesk and PC Support Team SOP?s, working with other team leads to maintain all department processes, and serving as the liaison to management for all Helpdesk and L1 support issues. Responsible for ensuring all Helpdesk employees properly document and route all service and incident requests from Rockwood customers.
