               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Helpdesk Lead - Deaconess Hospital<BR>Location: WA-Spokane<BR><BR>The Helpdesk Team Lead reports directly to the Desktop Services Manager. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance for Helpdesk and PC Support Team SOP?s, working with other team leads to maintain all department processes, and serving as the liaison to management for all Helpdesk and L1 support issues. Responsible for ensuring all Helpdesk employees properly document and route all service and incident requests from Rockwood customers. Also responsible for triaging calls and handling L1 problem support calls. <BR>Education:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR>A.S. in Computer Science or High School diploma and A , Net  certifications with equivalent work experience desired.<BR><BR><BR>Experience:<BR><BR>Two years working with computing technology.<BR>Two years working in a customer service environment (preferably healthcare).<BR>Familiar with MS-Windows 200x/XP, MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and Outlook.<BR>Familiarity with WAN environment, and relationships of nodes, servers, switches, routers, etc.<BR>Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) Management procedures.<BR>Primary Locaiton: WA-Spokane<BR><BR>Organization: Deaconess Medical Center                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
