               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Solid understanding of hospitality systems<BR>Solid understanding of interfaces.<BR>Knowledge of general computer operations<BR>Well-developed analytical skills (especially systems analysis skills)<BR>Extremely detail oriented<BR>Strong ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions<BR>Ability to multi-task, follow through and re-prioritize well to meet deadlines.<BR>Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with both internal and external clients.<BR>Ability to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and coworkers. <BR>Ability to communicate and develop an effective working relationship with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives and agencies.<BR>Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with co-workers and others.<BR>Experience with SQL and Oracle<BR>Experience with Micros Opera OXI and OXIHUB  <BR>Monitor, manage, and maintain the OXI/OXIHUB interface between RLH proprietary Opera suite and any stand-alone property Opera PMS.<BR>Re-sync reservations, blocks, rates, inventory, restrictions and profiles between ORS and stand-alone PMS’s to ensure systems are in sync on a daily basis<BR>Assist HSD with the integration of other RLH systems and Opera; such as accounting software.<BR>Test new versions of software, fixes, and new functionality as it pertains to OXI/OXIHUB<BR>Test any new OXI interfaces to third party software<BR>Assist franchise hotels with monitoring their OXI interface<BR>Assist Manager of Hospitality Systems in formulating and implementing company polices and procedures relating to the use of the interfaces or other computer system uses.<BR>Manage the security and integrity of systems by monitoring and evaluating control checks, backup logs and error reports.<BR>Research and clean up any errors found in OXI/OXIHUB<BR>Confer with vendor representatives on errors, new functionality and fixes<BR>Maintain database integrity<BR>Test, monitor, manage, and maintain the interfaces between Opera/Opera PMS and any other 3rd party system requiring OXI/OXIHUB<BR>Assist HSD with creating, maintaining, and distributing reports from the various business systems supported<BR>Communicate with HSD, IT, other RLH departments, and vendors on any issues, concerns, or information regarding the integration of the RLH systems supported<BR>Must be able to travel during implementation of systems to meet with hotels and assist with training & deployment for associates.<BR>Perform other duties as assigned</font></td>
