<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Carlyle Care Center is looking for On- Call Housekeepers! One position is part-time and the other is full-time.<BR><BR>Pioneer Human Services (PHS) is a nationally recognized statewide non-profit organization with over 50 locations providing an integrated array of services to include employment and training, chemical dependency treatment, mental health counseling and corrections service.<BR><BR>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>To work per the posted schedule either independently or as a team to ensure the residents and facility’s safety and sanitation needs are met.<BR>Complete the required housekeeping duties on assigned floor following facility procedure.<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<BR>Clean all resident bathrooms.<BR>Empty trash.<BR>Sweep or vacuum and mop all resident rooms.<BR>Clean any soiled walls, doorknobs, doors, etc.<BR>Clean refrigerators, removing any expired items.<BR>Complete any necessary dusting.<BR>Wipe down tables and chairs.<BR>Clean microwave, counter top, and cabinet doors.<BR>Clean television room, hallway, hallways closets, and elevator lobby, which includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.<BR>Clean public restroom.<BR>Pull dirty linen items from the rooms as needed and as specified by the bed change schedule.<BR>Pull dirty clothing and ensure items are properly marked.<BR>Make beds and return washed clothing to resident rooms.<BR>Cover Front Desk breaks during posted break schedule.<BR>To maintain and respect privacy and confidentiality in relationship to both residents and staff.<BR>To treat all residents and staff with respect and dignity.<BR>To work in a team setting with staff from various departments.<BR>To attend all in-service education programs and staff meetings required.<BR>To seek out assistance when unsure of assignment, procedure, or situation.<BR>To report to clinical staff immediately when observing any unusual or significant change(s) in a resident’s physical or behavioral condition.<BR>Ensure that proper hand washing, hygiene, and infection control techniques are exercised.<BR>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and management decisions.<BR>To complete other tasks as assigned.<BR><BR>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<BR>This position is performed in a standing and walking position, with sitting only performed during breaks and at lunch.<BR>There is frequent lifting of items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, and seldom lifting up to 50 pounds.<BR>There is frequent bending, pushing and pulling, and handling and grasping.<BR>Seldom ladder use required.<BR><BR>MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<BR>Applicant must be able to successfully pass a Washington State DSHS background check.<BR>Applicant must obtain a TB test within 72 hours of hire.<BR>HIV/AIDS Training and CPR/First Aid Training within 30 days of hire.
