Serve as a primary contact for information systems and application users.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Monitor the day-to-day performance of information systems and related applications. <BR><BR><BR><BR>" Identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit and performance of systems.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Perform administrative tasks on information systems and related applications. <BR><BR><BR><BR>" Install new applications and enhancements to existing applications.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Serve as a primary contact for information systems and related application users and resolve user''s issues.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Assist in the orientation and training of users on new or modified information systems or applications.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Maintain information system and related application documentation as needed.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Assist in documenting events relevant to regulatory compliance.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Comply with departmental, corporate and governmental policies and procedures.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Provide data or documentation to internal or external auditors as requested. <BR><BR><BR><BR>" Assist with audits of Sarbanes-Oxley controls.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Design, develop and test changes to existing interfaces, imports, exports and web applications.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Create new or modify current reports in order to satisfy user or regulatory needs.<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>" Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Minimum of three (3) years work experience in system programming and development.
