Develop and conduct risk assessments related to IT governance. Perform user access reviews for IT administered applications. Perform access management duties.  <BR><BR><BR><BR>" Research and develop appropriate controls to manage IT risk.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Develop and conduct risk assessments for IT projects.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Oversee customer information repository inventory and risk assessment. <BR><BR><BR><BR>" Oversee and maintain the Enterprise Application Inventory and Enterprise Server Inventory<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Perform annual profile and user validations for the core system and any other systems managed by the IT department.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Perform access management duties as appropriate. <BR><BR><BR><BR>" Maintain IT Department Standards and Procedures (coordinate and update according to schedule).<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Coordinate annual FDIC IT exam, IT portion of financial statement/Sarbanes Oxley audit, internal audits, and other examinations affecting the IT department.<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Participate in various team and committee meetings as needed to provide IT governance perspective.<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>Education, Certification, and Licensing:<BR><BR><BR><BR>" High School diploma, GED, or significant levels of work experience and technical training sufficient to prepare individuals to perform assigned work<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Certification (CIA, CPA, or CISA) desired, but not required<BR><BR><BR><BR>" 1-3 Years Audit Experience preferred - familiarity with IT internal controls and testing, application reviews<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Demonstrated experience with risk evaluation and control <BR><BR><BR><BR>" General understanding of security and/or systems change control concepts <BR><BR><BR><BR>" Knowledge of IT systems and functions a must<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Banking knowledge and experience highly desired <BR><BR><BR><BR>" Strong interpersonal skills necessary to explain complex, technical concepts to all users<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Strong attention to detail<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Strong business and technical writing skills preferred<BR><BR><BR><BR>" Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the managers and executive officers (verbal & written).
