First responder to user requests for computer related problems and questions pertaining to client usage of computers, telephones, cell phones, printers, scanners, projectors, and software including WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, CERIDIAN, IE and others. Perform and document preventive maintenance on all network equipment. Assist Senior Network Administrator in maintaining servers, domain, firewalls, routers, switches, VoIP, MPLS and network infrastructure. Prompt escalation of network issues to Senior Network Administrator or IT Director as warranted. Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors.<BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- High school degree/ GED required.  <BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>- Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software. <BR>- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems - <BR>- Empathy for those with disabilities or disadvantages is required. <BR>- Must pass a background check, pre-screening drug test, have a valid drivers license, maintain vehicle insurance and be insurable by employer vehicle insurance carrier. <BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>Experience working with people with a disability preferred. <BR>Must be 21 or older to be insurable.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Temporary 4-6 months; Days; 3 days per week. 8am-430pm Mondays, Fridays, 1 day floating<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>$11.60/hr <BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>The recruitment period will remain active until filled, expired, at the direction of the employer or until the number of referrals have been met. <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Targeted Electronicapplication form with resume and letters of interest accurately reflecting Job Description and Requirements is required at the time of referral request.
