We don’t require applicants to have professional cleaning experience but we do require that you have basic cleaning skills. We will teach you our system of cleaning, we just need you to bring the fundamentals.<BR><BR>About us:<BR><BR>Clean Right Company specializes in New Construction Final Cleaning as well as Maid & Janitorial Service. Our staff are required to work all aspects of our business & must be available to work any day of the week. We also require each staff member to have their own, reliable vehicle, driver's license, insurance, cell phone with texting capabilities & a computer with internet access. In return, we offer competitive wages, paid holidays, paid time off, bonuses & the potential for advancement. <BR><BR>Detailed Job Description is as follows:<BR><BR>Cleaning Team Member<BR><BR>Duties & Responsibilities:<BR><BR>1. Arrives to Job Site each day on time and prepared for assigned work.<BR>2. Comes to work each day with good hygiene & a good attitude.<BR>3. Joins Team Members in unloading & setting up equipment.<BR>4. Is at assigned task position with 15 minutes of clock-in time.<BR>5. Memorizes Clean Right Company's basic cleaning procedure within two weeks of hire.<BR>6. Learns specific techniques of each basic cleaning procedure & works each day to master cleaning techniques and procedure.<BR>7. Corrects own work when errors are found.<BR>8. Observes appropriate safe work practices.<BR>9. Works with Team Members to complete assigned project within allowed time frame with quality and accuracy.<BR>10.Participates in meetings as required.<BR>11.Performs related duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Qualifications/Skills/Attributes/Behaviors Required:<BR><BR>Skill in:<BR>1. Must Enjoy Cleaning.<BR>2. Eye for Detail.<BR>3. Physical Stamina.<BR>4. Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, stand & reach.<BR>5. Must be able to work steadily all day.<BR>6. Common Sense.<BR>7. Staying on task.<BR>8. Following Directions.<BR>9. Good Attitude at all times.<BR>10.Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with fellow Team Members.<BR>11.Good Communication.<BR>12.Email & Texting Capability.<BR>13.Able to read a map.<BR><BR>Other Requirements:<BR>Must possess a valid Washington driver's license & have a satisfactory driving record. Must possess & maintain valid auto liability insurance. Must pass standard background test & drug screening at random. Must possess sufficient strength & stamina to maneuver equipment. Position is daytime, usually 8:30am to 4:30pm. Candidate must be willing to work weekends, evenings & overtime as necessary. Though you won't be working 7 days a week, candidate must be available to work Monday through Sunday. Candidate must also be willing to work all aspects of Clean Right's services which include, but are not limited to, New Construction Detail Cleaning, Janitorial Services, Maid Services, Move-In Cleans & Move-Out Cleans. Must be willing to work in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Coeur D'Alene & where needed.<BR><BR>Compensation: <BR>Position is Part Time with a ninety (90) day probation period & performance evaluation. Approximately 30 – 40+ hours per week, plus or minus. Starting pay is $10 per hour with raises available for those that show a certain skill level and ability to learn. After the 90 day evaluation period & performance evaluation, a sign on bonus of up to $200 & 4 Paid Holidays are available as well as potential for advancement for the right candidates.
