Liberty Mutual has an excellent claims opportunity available.<BR><BR>As an Inside Property Claims Specialist for Safeco, you will manage, investigate and resolve Large Loss Homeowner claims. You will provide policyholders with quality customer service on high profile/high exposure claims. Claims are frequently non-livable dwelling assignments.<BR>* Investigates, determines coverage of loss and adjusts all elements of Property Loss claims of high severity.<BR>* Works with a Field Appraiser or Liberty network contractor in the appraisal process of severe complexity claims.<BR>* Provides quality customer service. Explains coverage of loss, assists policyholders with itemization of damages, emergency repairs and additional living arrangements.<BR>* Works with and may coordinate a number of vendor services such as contractors, emergency repair, cleaning services and various replacement services.<BR>* Identifies and fully investigates suspicious losses.
