               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Seeking organized, responsible, individual with floor tech experience, for a Lead Floor Tech position. This position will work into a supervisory role, which includes scheduling, supervising employees, floor tech work, truck mount carpet cleaning, operating machinery, and driving company vehicles. Must be detailed oriented.  Hours include nights and weekends. Minimum of ONE YEAR experience required to be considered for this position. Prefer applicants with supervisory background also. Job starts as soon as hired.<BR><BR>Applicants must have a valid drivers license, pass background check, and drug testing.  Applicants must be timely and responsible, flexible, well-groomed, and self-motivated.  Work is on commercial accounts and includes stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and general maintenance.
