<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Position Summary<BR> Assists in maintaining innovative programs, processes, services and technologies, and assists in <BR> designing, developing and implementing which supports strategies for learning and organizational <BR> effectiveness. Assists in maximizing the effectiveness of a variety of learning methods and systems <BR> including the Learning Management System (LMS). Assists in the support of designing and <BR> implementation of programs on a company-wide basis in concert with the Human Resources Field <BR> Team and other HR professionals.<BR><BR>Minimum Requirements <BR> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human Resources, Education, Training and <BR> Development or related field. Proficient with Learning Management System (LMS) administration. A minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining training programs and core courses and design development. Must be proficient in elearning design and development, application of instructional design, and adult learning principals. Ability to work effectively across functional/departmental lines and at all levels of the organization. Familiar with SCORM technical standards for learning software. Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to write clear and accurate software and training documentation. Advanced knowledge of Windows -based systems, particularly the Microsoft Office 2007 suite. Experience with SumTotal LMS preferred. Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
