               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Requisition Number 12-0783<BR>Post Date 9/12/2012<BR>Title Lending Support Systems Administrator<BR>Part Time No<BR>City Spokane<BR>State WA<BR><BR>Description Lending Support Systems Administrator will provide daily coordination of lending support systems (B2B/B2C/AppLink, Laser Pro, FoxTrot, etc.) and activities. Provides technical expertise and direction in the development and support of business systems software and procedures. Responsible for the data integrity of all mortgage systems and accuracy of reporting. Coordinates with vendors to ensure a high level of service, technical support, and value.<BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR>? Coordinate with IT on the administration of hardware/software issues for Lending Support. Manage installation, implementation, updates, upgrades, and maintenance.<BR>? Maintain, service, and install system security for all lending support software to ensure system integrity. Administer sub-system security access for users.<BR>? Responsible for troubleshooting system failures and facilitating timely resolutions to minimize down time.<BR>? Analyze system deficiencies and recommend short/long term solution strategies to enhance systems and procedures. Provide support during the testing, training, and rollout of system upgrades and enhancements.<BR>? Identify software solutions to streamline and improve process efficiency, meet business needs, and maximize company resources. Research solutions and enhancements to deliver improved accuracy, productivity, and/or cost savings. Prepare reports for leadership team.<BR>? Monitor progress on assigned projects and tasks to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Develop communication programs relative to assigned projects. Provide project management of new systems projects, upgrades, and new system software.<BR>? Responsible for participating in meetings with vendors to retain and improve customer/client relationship in regards to system and enhancements. Attend vendor conferences and/or participate in client user groups to maintain and improve knowledge of systems and promote vendor/client relationships.<BR>? Analyze data and create reports, charts etc. as needed.<BR><BR>Education:<BR>Bachelor''s Degree in MIS, Software Management, Business, or other related area required.<BR><BR>Skills and Knowledge:<BR>5 - 8 years of lending documentation, servicing or other lending experience or technical bank operations (deposit, GL, and lending activities) required.<BR><BR>? Advanced knowledge of lending procedures and related financial analysis.<BR>? Extensive experience with financial institution applications and operating systems.<BR>? Ability to produce accurate, detailed results in a high pressure environment.<BR>? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including database creation and maintenance.<BR>? Possess strong problem solving, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.<BR>?
