YouA?ll receive training and support as you handle a full scope of responsibilities, including customer relations, sales and marketing and agency office operations. Duties will include:<BR>A? Coordinate agency prospecting through direct mail, company prospecting programs, Personal Insurance Reviews, and the Internet. <BR>A? Schedule/confirm appointments for agent <BR>A? Achieve individual production goals as established by agent<BR>A? Discuss insurance product offerings with current and potential customers <BR>A? Maintain high customer service standards to attract and retain customers <BR>A? Advise customer of claims and billing policies and procedures as needed <BR>A? Respond to inquiries, issues and complaints<BR>A? Administer office practices and procedures <BR>A? Maintain information in the agencyA?s customer database for future follow up <BR>A? Manage agency correspondence as required <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>A? High School diploma or equivalent<BR>A? 6 months experience in telemarketing or other sales environment with demonstrated persuasion skills <BR>A? Licenses in property, casualty, health and life (or these must be obtained in order to continue employment with the agency)  <BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>A? Demonstrated outstanding sales and relationship skills <BR>A? Prior insurance experience is not required <BR>A? Demonstrated organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills <BR>A? Demonstrated oral and written communication skills <BR>A? PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus <BR>A? Ability to learn American Family products, services, and computer systems<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Prior experience is a plus.<BR>- Also please dress interview appropriate when requesting a referral.<BR>- Honorably discharged veterans, widows/widowers, or spouses of honorably discharged veterans who have service connected permanent and total disability are encouraged to apply.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>40 hours per week.  8:00-6:00 M-F and Some Saturdays.  Near Public Transportation<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Salary is DOE + commission.
