To meet this commitment, Loan Officers are to interact with customers in an exacting and professional manner, have a thorough knowledge of HomeStreet Bank lending products, act with the highest level of integrity, meet compliance standards and maintain a minimum production standard.  Loan Officers will consistently and actively generate new clients and referral sources, consistently maintain and market a data base, meet with customers both in and out of the office, negotiate mortgage loan terms and conditions, input applications in to the POS system, and manage and grow an active pipeline.<BR>REQUIREMENTS:<BR>A minimum of three years of experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer in the Spokane market with a proven track record<BR><BR>Experience with core lending products (Conventional, FHA, VA) required <BR><BR>Experience with specialty products (203K, USDA, Fannie Renovation) preferred<BR><BR>Ability to review and analyze customer financial status, goals, needs and to recommend appropriate products<BR><BR>Excellent math skills<BR><BR>Excellent communication skills<BR><BR>Ability to work under high pressure deadline with diplomacy<BR><BR>Strong sales skills<BR><BR>Excellent attention to detail<BR><BR>Self motivated and success focused<BR><BR>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license and proof of insurance<BR><BR>This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment with HomeStreet Bank, you will be required to either register via the NMLS Registry or re-register and move your previous registration to HomeStreet Bank&#39;s registration.
