Please NOTE this is a temporary position with the potential to become a full time employee AFTER the first of the year. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have a High school diploma or GED.<BR>- Must have intermediate to expert knowledge of equipment and machinery utilized in industrial production applications such as the following: install and repair/rebuild pumps including centrifugal, diaphragm, and gear types, and repair/rebuild pump seals, repair/rebuild agitators, gear boxes, conveyors, and blowers.<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following the qualifications at the time of referral:</b> <BR>Will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check, be a team player, be detail oriented, have the ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a regular and frequent basis, able to climb ladders on a regular basis and not be afraid of heights, and have a demonstrated ability to use creative problem solving skills to troubleshoot equipment problems and complete associated repairs.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>Previous experience working in a water treatment plant or related industry helpful. <BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday schedule to be discussed at the time of the interview, the plant is in production 24 hours a day and must be willing to work any shift as required by the employer. Location is near public transportation however due to shift schedule may not be available to all shifts. <BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Wage starts at $20.00 to $22.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
