<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Manager Family Maternity Center<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_13523<BR>Providence is calling a Manager Family Maternity Center to Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA.<BR>We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse with comprehensive leadership skills and patient care principles to manage our Family Maternity Center.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* <BR>Collaborate and provide leadership regarding daily operations of the department.<BR>* <BR>Demonstrate effective leadership behaviors and for proper functioning of the department.<BR>* <BR>Demonstrate the ability to integrate clinical and financial aspects of healthcare delivery.<BR>* <BR>Demonstrate effective utilization of resource allocation and productivity measures.<BR>* <BR>Facilitate coordination of staff development programs to help forge new roles and competencies for patient care.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>Licensed Registered Nurse in State of Washington.<BR>* <BR>Minimum of two years experience in related clinical setting.<BR>* <BR>Current knowledge of applicable JCAHO standards, compliance law, state regulation and related legal issues.<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>Bachelor and/or Master Degree in nursing.<BR>* <BR>Previous managerial experience in nursing.<BR><BR>About the hospital you will serve.Providence Holy Family Hospital is a progressive, full service hospital in Spokane, Washington, offering a full range of medical and surgical services as well as specialty support and outpatient services.
