               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Manager of Supply Chain Operations - Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_14863<BR>Providence is calling a Manager of Supply Chain Operations to Providence Health & Services in Spokane, WA.<BR>The Manager of Supply Chain Operations is based in the local ministry/ministries this position supports. This position is chiefly accountable for the collaborative integration, implementation, and optimization of the Supply Chain Management Operations and Logistics strategy at the local ministry level in close coordination with the Director, Ministry Supply Chain Operations or the Director, Region Supply Chain Operations.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Have responsibility for Supply Chain departmental logistics operations for the assigned ministry, including implementing standardized system-developed supply chain strategic plans and polices, overseeing all local supply chain operations and logistics functions, directing supply chain operations staff, managing local vendor relationships and serving as the Supply Chain champion and liaison.<BR>* Work with any and all key business and operational stakeholders within their specific ministry as well as their peers within their specific Supply Chain Region; participate in, lead, and partner with others on Supply Chain Management Operations and Logistics strategic integration efforts and programs; execute strategic plans around Providence-wide supply chain Operations and Logistics initiatives; ensuring a compliant, effective, and streamlined operational supply chain experience at the local ministry for business and patient constituent groups; and lead ministry efforts for system and region contract implementation, conversion and compliance efforts through their respective ministries.<BR>* Administer all Supply Chain operations and logistics functions and directly lead the Supply Chain operations at all acute care ministries, medical group clinics, long term care facilities and warehouse operations.<BR>* Have accountability for the management of all perpetual and periodic inventories all supplies received, stored, and issued at Providence ministries.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare, Business or Logistics/Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience<BR>* A minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Management experience with 2 years in a healthcare setting, including at least 1 year in a Supervisory level leadership role<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs <BR><BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California.
