               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Mental Health Clinician<BR>Location: Washington-Spokane<BR>Job Number:_20380<BR>Providence is calling a Mental Health Clinician to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, WA.<BR>We are seeking a mental health clinician to evaluate, plan and carry through on patients'' individual behavioral health treatment needs.<BR><BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Conduct individual psychotherapy patient interviews.<BR>* Plan treatment program with individual patients.<BR>* Provide consultation and treatment planning assistance to primary care team (including MD''s, PA''s, NP''s and RN''s).<BR>* Evaluates patient?s response to therapeutic program and modifies program as appropriate.<BR>* Evaluates patient?s reaction to medications and informs doctor and PMHNP as necessary.<BR>* Maintain accurate records, utilizing the problem-oriented approach, on all patients seen.<BR>* Coordinate patient care, where appropriate, with other treatment personnel or social agencies.<BR>* Complete the requisitions for charging patients for treatment.<BR>* Coordinate with behavioral health services regarding referrals.<BR>* Conducts certain public relation activities such as explaining program to referring resources, etc.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Masters degree from an accredited college or university in mental health related field: Social Work, Psychology or a related field<BR>* Licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner<BR>* Two years - post Masters - progressively responsible experience in a mental health or closely related setting<BR>* Experience providing outpatient mental health and chemical dependence treatment<BR>* Knowledge of principles and practices of psychotherapy, psychological assessment or assessment procedures appropriate to field if other than psychology and crisis intervention<BR>* Ability to establish and maintain the confidence and cooperation of clients, staff and others<BR><BR>About the clinic you will serve.<BR>Providence Medical Group is a group of primary care, specialty care and hospital-based medical providers who serve eastern Washington in clinic locations.
