Will provide activities of daily living support for clients too include; bathing, dressing, meal prep, locomotion in, locomotion out, walking in immediate environment, housecleaning, grocery shopping, travel to medical services, foot care, skin care, transfers, personal hygiene.  <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- High school diploma or GED.  <BR>- Licensed NAC or Experienced NAR  <BR>- Current CPR card within two weeks of hire date.<BR>- Must be Comfortable with Hospice clients<BR>- Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely. <BR>- Must be at least 18 years of age.<BR>- Must be able to pass criminal background check.<BR>- Must be available to work weekends regularly <BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR><BR><b>PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR><BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>Salary is dependent on experience and certification. No benefits offered.<BR><BR> <b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>All shifts available. Not near bus route.
