Applicant must read ``How to Apply`` section for full Referral Instructions.  Spokane County residents should follow instructions to schedule an appointment.  Also please dress interview appropriate when requesting a referral.<BR><BR>A north Spokane nursing care facility is recruiting for a Nurses Aide who will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have a HS Diploma or GED.<BR>- Must become certified within 120 days of hire.<BR>- Must be able to work evening shifts.<BR>- Must be able to effectively communicate with and work with residents and nursing staff.<BR><BR><b>Must be prepared and able to demonstrate the following qualifications at the time of referral:</b><BR>Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Have successfully completed the State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program.<BR>- Name to appear on the Registry as Nurse Aide in good standing.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>This position will work from 6 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday and in the evening from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. Public transportation is available.<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>Wage will start at $10.30 to $11.95 per hour depending on experience with a shift premium wage for the evening shift.
