               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Occupational Therapist<BR>Department: TBI Occupational Therapy<BR>Schedule: On-Call<BR>Shift: Day<BR>Hours: 7-3:30<BR>Job Details: <BR>* To provide direct patient care by utilizing appropriate knowledge and skills in collaboration with other members of the health care team; To provide skilled, creative, discipline-specific therapeutic services to a caseload of patients (this includes evaluation of all assigned patients, the development of a patient centered treatment plan, administration and implementation of the treatment program, periodic reassessment and discharge planning). Each Therapist is responsible for the health and safety of all patients in his or her care. Occupational Therapists may clinically supervise assistants, aids, students, volunteers or other supportive personnel. Registered /eligible AOTA. Washington State licensure, or eligible. Graduate of approved educational program and eligible to take licensure exam. Will function under supervision of OTR/L.
