<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Occupational Therapist-Home Health<BR>Location: WA-Spokane<BR><BR><BR><BR>The Occupational Therapist provides a variety of services to patients, to include coordination, implementation and supervision of the clinical practice of occupational therapy. Responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and/or treatment services for individual with disorders that cause impaired functioning in activities of daily living. Plans, directs, or conducts therapy modalities designed to improve patient quality of life.<BR><BR>Education: Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association; or is eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association; or has 2 years appropriate experience as an occupational therapist, and has achieved a satisfactory grade on a proficiency examination conducted, approved, or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service, except that such determinations of proficiency do not apply with respect to persons initially licensed by a State or seeking initial qualification as an occupational therapist after December 31, 1977 (Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health Agencies).<BR><BR>Experience: At least one year clinical experience, preferably in home healthcare.<BR><BR><BR>Licenses/Certificates:<BR>Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of practice. Possess a current CPR card.
