               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">JOB TITLE: On Call Coach Driver<BR><BR>JOB PURPOSE: Drive the Catholic Charities Coach as needed <BR><BR>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: <BR><BR>1.Drive vehicle to various locations as assigned. Responsible for parking, space management, and general handling of the Coach.<BR>2.Drive Coach to events and for uses as assigned by Executive Director, including driving to scheduled service and maintenance appointments.<BR>3.Adhere to speed limits and the rules of the road.<BR>4.Keep track of mileage and records of trips.<BR>5.Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and perform basic inspections to ensure safety of vehicle and driver.<BR>6.NEVER transport any passengers in vehicle.<BR>7.Perform as a team member to assure that productivity outcome measures are achieved.<BR>8.Perform related functions necessary to support the mission and core values of Catholic Charities.<BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• High School Diploma or equivalent.<BR>• Class A CDL with air-brake endorsement.<BR>• Proven excellent customer service skills; ability to relate and work effectively with diverse groups of people.<BR>• History of reliability, punctuality and driver safety.<BR>• Convey a professional image in appearance, speech and conduct.<BR><BR>SUPERVISION RECEIVED/GIVEN:<BR>This position is supervised by Executive Director and has no supervisory responsibilities.<BR><BR>REQUIREMENTS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:<BR>A valid Washington State driver's license,with a Class A CDL and an air-brake endorsement. Must have a safe driving record with no serious infractions within the last three years. Any change in the status of their driving record must be reported to the program designee. Successfully pass a criminal background check. Awareness of and sensitivity to the service population's culture and socioeconomic characteristics. Essential functions regularly require effective verbal communications, the ability to sit for long periods of time, to reach with hands and arms, and to stand, walk, stoop or kneel. Specific vision, including focus adjustment, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds required.</font></td>
